Chineyenwa is a Cultural Systems Architect, Capacity Development Coach, and social entrepreneur who brings a 15-year development-ecosystem perspective—beneficiary, initiator, partner-organization leader, international consultant, and now coach—across Africa, Asia, and global development contexts. She specializes in Cultural Intelligence Integration: revealing and aligning the “invisible operating systems” that shape performance across finance, M&E, partnerships, technology adoption, and leadership, while navigating the cultural layer of donor and foundation expectations. Chineyenwa helps organizations reconcile internal rhythms with external standards, so capacity building strengthens how value is created. She has partnered with UN agencies, the Mastercard Foundation, multinationals, governments, and grassroots organizations. Born in Nigeria and based in Ghana, she bridges local realities with global requirements.
Chineyenwa holds a B.Sc. in human resource management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is fluent in English, Igbo, and Twi; conversational in Hausa; and has basic proficiency in French.
