Zipporah A. N. Danquah

Zipporah is a Capacity Accompaniment Coach based in Accra who brings over eight years of experience spanning hospitality, training, communications, and organizational development across Ghana and South Africa. After leading service excellence teams in South Africa’s hospitality sector, she returned to Ghana to design and facilitate high-impact programs for hotels, banks, and social enterprises, mentor leadership teams, and coordinate learning platforms such as the Money Hub Business Summit. Under her guidance, clients earned national recognition, including a 2023 “Best Hospitality Service Hotel” award for improved standards and operational effectiveness. Her coaching centers on active listening, collaborative problem solving, and continuous learning, aligned with Papyrus’s values of consultation, humility, trustworthiness, optimism, and impact.
