Vasty St Louis St Fort is an experienced administrative leader with over 20 years of expertise in the private sector and international development. Born in Haiti, she holds a bachelor’s in business administration and advanced training in strategic and operational management. She specializes in strategic planning, administrative operations, logistics, finance, and program support.

She has contributed to major health projects funded by the CDC and USAID through organizations like I-TECH Haiti, Futures Group, and Abt Global. At Papyrus S.A., Vasty oversees administrative operations, procurement, and project support across initiatives funded by USAID, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), the World Bank, and the IDB.

Vasty is known for her agility, rigor, and leadership in multicultural environments, driving sustainable impact wherever she works. She speaks French, Haitian Creole, and English.
