Bezawit is a Capacity Accompaniment Coach at Papyrus, based in Ethiopia, where she works closely with partner organizations to strengthen systems, develop tailored action plans, and foster innovation for sustainable impact.

She has extensive experience supporting organizations in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development, providing training, coaching, and hands-on guidance to help teams turn strategies into practical, creative solutions.

With expertise in innovation and design, Bezawit is committed to helping organizations grow, build resilience, and implement inclusive, effective, and impactful approaches that respond to the needs of the communities they serve.

Bezawit has an educational background in Software Engineering and Business Administration. She is fluent in English and Amharic and has intermediate proficiency in French.
