Alice Nkunzimana is is a visionary entrepreneur and dynamic leader who serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair of Papyrus S.A., a majority woman-owned management firm with headquarters in Haiti and Kenya. A citizen of Canada and Rwanda, she was raised in Haiti where she established Papyrus S.A.–with a mission to connect local and international aspirations for greater justice and unity of purpose–before moving to Rwanda to oversee its expansion across Africa.
Ms. Nkunzimana holds a Master of Fine Arts in Metalworking and Art History and draws her inspiration from the beauty and joy of working in a team with unity of purpose. She is a certified human performance improvement specialist with 30 years of experience in management and innovation, working primarily in logistically, politically and socially volatile contexts. Her drive, strong resolve and leadership acumen have transformed Papyrus from a promising small business into a thriving private management company, incorporated in Haiti and Kenya. Her journey is one of insightful leadership, and an ability to scale impact through partnership and with efficiency and humility.
